Delivery Options

We offer the following UK delivery services at checkout:

Dispatch Times

We aim to get every order out of our warehouse as quickly as possible.

  • Orders placed Monday–Friday are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays are dispatched on the following Monday (or next available business day).

Dispatch times are estimates and may be affected by high-demand periods such as sale events or public holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel in real time.

You can also view the status of all your orders at any time from your account:

Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to become active with the carrier.

International Shipping

Loomella currently delivers to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

We are actively working to expand our delivery reach. Sign up to our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.

Important Notes

  • Split shipments: Some items in your order may be fulfilled directly by our suppliers. Where this is the case, you may receive multiple separate parcels, each with its own tracking number. This is normal and does not indicate a problem with your order.
  • Delivery address: Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of checkout. We are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched.
  • Failed deliveries: If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will leave a notification card and attempt redelivery or hold the parcel at a local depot for collection. Uncollected parcels may be returned to us; in this case, a redelivery charge may apply.
  • Missing or damaged parcels: If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated window, please contact us at support@loomella.co.uk within 28 days of the expected delivery date.
