- Open the Alexa APP on your phone, tap the More icon (bottom right) and select Skills Games .
- Tap the magnifying glass (search icon) and enter Smart Life to find the official Skill.
- Tap Enable to Use , then log in with your Smart Life APP account (the same one used to add the outlet).
- Alexa will automatically discover your Melery smart outlet. You can also tap Discover Devices to manually trigger the search if needed.
- Once discovered, name your device (e.g., Living Room Lamp Switch ) for easy voice control. Now you’re all set!
- Turn on/off: Alexa, turn on Living Room Lamp Switch
- Check status: Alexa, is the Bedroom Socket on?
- Group control: Create device groups in Alexa APP (e.g., All Lights ) and say Alexa, turn off All Lights
- Open the Google Home APP , tap the + icon (top left) and select Set up device .
- Choose Works with Google from the list of options.
- Search for Smart Life in the partner list, then log in with your Smart Life APP account .
- Follow the on-screen prompts to link your account – Google Home will sync all devices from your Smart Life APP.
- Assign the smart outlet to a room in Google Home for organized control, and customize its name if desired.
