Shipping policy

Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information where available.

Delivery times
UK Standard Delivery: 5–10 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and start from the date your order is dispatched, not the date it was placed. Occasionally, delays can happen due to courier issues or high demand (e.g. around holidays) — we'll do our best to keep you updated if this affects your order.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow its progress.

Missing or delayed orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking link first. If you're still concerned, email support@loomella.co.uk with your order number and we'll look into it for you.
