Ordering
How do I place an order?
Add the items you want to your cart and follow the checkout steps. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible at support@loomella.co.uk — we'll do our best to help before your order ships.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, and UK standard delivery takes a further 5–10 business days.
Do you ship outside the UK?
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.
How can I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. You can also track anytime using the Track Your Order page.
Returns & Refunds
What's your return policy?
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. See our Return and refund policy for full details.
How do I start a return?
Email support@loomella.co.uk with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll confirm your return and send you the return address — please don't send anything back before hearing from us.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, along with other secure payment options available at checkout.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes — all payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.
